If you can’t tell me to the dollar how much revenue each one of these activities brought you, then they’re a total waste of money. I urge you to save yourself a fortune and cancel these things immediately.

Hire a marketing consultant? Maybe. This too could be an expensive solution. You’ll pay for their time and you’ll pay a mark up to them on everything they order for you. You’ll need to find one who is skilled in a wide range of online and offline marketing strategies and understands your marketplace.
Hire a web designer? Maybe. They’re good at creating pretty websites that function. But be warned, they could try bamboozle you with recommendations for expensive add on services like SEO, Google Adwords, Search Engine Submissions, CMS sites etc.
